Thank you for shopping with us at Robe Boutique. Please read our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery times, and shipping terms.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban addresses: 1–3 business days
  • Rural addresses: 3–7 business days

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Flat rate shipping: $8 NZ wide
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

Authority to Leave

By selecting authority to leave at checkout, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we work closely with our courier partners, occasional delays can occur. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the courier company.

Damaged Parcels & Opening Packages

Please inspect your parcel carefully upon arrival. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and items.

We kindly ask customers to take care when opening parcels. Please avoid using sharp tools such as scissors or knives to open plastic packaging, and instead use fingers where possible to avoid accidental damage to garments. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged during the opening process.
